Certified Personal Trainers
A personal trainer is an essential resource for your fitness journey. A trainer will develop individualized workout plans for you based on your goals and working forward from where you are today. Your trainer will guide you on proper technique for each exercise movement, which is critical to avoiding injury and maximizing results. Your trainer is also a great resource for motivation, accountability and nutrition plans.
Work 1:1 with a trainer or include a friend or family member for 2:1 sessions. Some trainers are also available for group sessions. Our club manager can help you connect with one of our certified trainers, and will answer your questions about trainer fees and scheduling.
