OCR = Obstacle Course Racing

OCR is challenging, fun and gratifying.  OCR competitors walk, run, climb, and crawl to, over and through various obstacles.  Competitors can participate individually or as a team.  Spartan and Mudder are among the OCRs available in the PNW.
